Cordovias resident population is comprised primarily of those who purchased homes and lots prior to 1980 when the Carol family trust prohibited any further residentail or commercial development.
land deeds may be passed to children and exsisting homes leased but has of 1985 no new real estate contracts or deeds of sale are permitted save by special exception of the consevancy.
